Cancellation Policy

Overview
Gullia Filing prepares and submits company formation, business maintenance, tax, and IRS/HMRC resolution filings on behalf of customers. Because our work begins as soon as payment is received, this policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what portion of your payment is refundable.
Cancellation Window (Service Fees)
You may cancel any Gullia Filing service and receive a full refund of our service fees at any time BEFORE our team has started work on your filing. Once your filing has been assigned to a specialist and work has begun, service fees become non-refundable. Order status in your dashboard shows when work has started.
Government and Registry Fees
Government filing fees (US Secretary of State, UK Companies House, Corporations Canada, UAE free zone / mainland authorities, IRS, HMRC, etc.) are collected on your behalf and paid directly to the relevant authority. These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once the filing has been submitted to the government, regardless of approval outcome, delay, or subsequent cancellation.
Rejected Filings
If a filing is rejected by the government for a reason within our control (data-entry error by our team), we will correct and re-submit at no additional service-fee cost; you are responsible for any additional government re-filing fee only if the registry requires one. If a filing is rejected because information you provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional service and government fees may apply.
Add-on Services
Optional add-ons (EIN, S-Corp election, Operating Agreement, banking resolution, compliance alerts, contract templates, expedited filing, VAT/BN/Corporate Tax registration, etc.) are refundable individually if we have not yet started work on that specific add-on. Once an add-on is delivered or filed, it becomes non-refundable.
Subscription and Recurring Services
Recurring services (registered agent, compliance alerts, tax bookkeeping) auto-renew on their anniversary date at the then-current price. You can cancel any recurring service from your dashboard at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current term.
How to Cancel
Open your Gullia Filing dashboard, go to the order you want to cancel, and use the 'Request cancellation' action, OR email support@gulliafiling.com from the account email on file. Please include your order ID. We confirm cancellations within one business day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. International card refunds may take up to 15 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you have any concerns — most disputes can be resolved within one business day. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay your refund and result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is under review.
