How the filing process works
Share your documents
Upload prior-year returns, income documents and bookkeeping files through the secure client portal.
Review and scoping
We review transcripts, prior years and entity status, then confirm a fixed fee before any preparation begins.
Preparation and second review
An Enrolled Agent or CPA prepares the return, and a second reviewer checks it line by line.
Approval and e-filing
You review the draft, ask questions, sign, and we e-file with the IRS and each state agency.
Most returns are completed within 5 to 7 business days once your documents are complete. Returns with multiple states, foreign reporting or catch-up bookkeeping take longer, and we tell you that upfront.
Tax preparation or tax resolution?
You need tax preparation
You need a return prepared and filed: an annual federal return, state returns, a nonresident filing, or a prior year you never submitted. That is the service on this page.
You need tax resolution
You already owe the IRS and collection has started: a levy, a wage garnishment, a lien, an audit notice or penalties you want reviewed. That work is handled by our resolution team.

Which US tax returns do you prepare?
We prepare and e-file Form 1040 and 1040-NR individual returns, Form 1120 for C-Corporations, Form 1120-S for S-Corporations, Form 1065 for partnerships and multi-member LLCs, and Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 for foreign-owned single-member LLCs. We also prepare amended returns on Form 1040-X and 1120-X.
Can you file state and multi-state returns?
Yes. We prepare state income tax returns alongside the federal return and handle multi-state apportionment when you have income, payroll or property in more than one state. State annual franchise and report filings are handled by the same team.
Do you work with nonresident and foreign-owned US businesses?
Yes. We file Form 1040-NR for nonresident individuals and Form 5472 with a pro forma Form 1120 for US LLCs that are at least 25 percent foreign owned. As a Certified Acceptance Agent we can also prepare Form W-7 so you obtain an ITIN without mailing your original passport.
How long does tax preparation take?
Most returns are completed within 5 to 7 business days once we have your complete documents. Rush preparation is available during deadline weeks.
What if I have unfiled prior years?
We pull your IRS wage and income transcripts, reconstruct the missing years and prepare each return. If those years created a balance the IRS is actively collecting, our tax resolution team handles that side separately.
What does US tax preparation cost?
Annual corporate and partnership returns start at $499 and scale with complexity, state count and bookkeeping condition. You receive a fixed-fee quote after a free consultation, before any work begins.
