Every Arkansas LLC must continuously maintain a registered agent with a physical Arkansas address, named in the Certificate of Organization at formation.

The registered agent's name and address are public record on the Secretary of State's entity search.
Changing the agent
File a Notice of Change of Registered Agent for LLC on Form DO-03 whenever the agent or address changes; there is no fee for this filing, and it can be submitted online.
