Delaware LLC taxes and licences

If your business operates from another state, you will usually need to register that Delaware LLC as a foreign LLC in the state where you actually do business, and pay that state's taxes and fees on top of Delaware's. Forming in Delaware while living and working elsewhere generally means paying both states, not avoiding one.
