The document that creates an Oregon LLC is the Articles of Organization, filed with the Secretary of State's Corporation Division for a $100 fee.
What the form asks for
The Articles cover the LLC's name, its registered agent and registered office address, the principal place of business, whether the LLC will be member-managed or manager-managed, and the name and address of at least one organizer.
