File the Articles of Organization
The Articles of Organization create an Alaska LLC and are filed with the Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing for a $250 state fee.
What the form asks for
The Articles cover the LLC's name, its registered agent and registered office street address in Alaska, whether it is member-managed or manager-managed, and the names and addresses of its organizers.

The $250 Articles of Organization fee is separate from the $50 Alaska Business License. Both are required before you can lawfully operate; filing only the Articles does not authorize you to do business.
