File the Articles of Organization
Georgia's Articles of Organization are short and the Corporations Division processes most of them quickly, especially when filed online through eCorp.
What the Articles ask for
The form covers the LLC's name, the registered agent and registered office address, the name and address of the organiser, and the principal office address. Georgia does not require members or managers to be listed in the Articles.
