How to start an LLC in Georgia
Georgia keeps LLC formation genuinely simple. The Articles of Organization are filed online through eCorp for $100, or by paper for a higher fee, and the only ongoing filing with the Secretary of State is a $50 annual registration due every year by April 1. The parts people get wrong are the registered agent address rules and treating the annual registration as optional once the first year has passed.
