File the Articles of Organization
The document that creates an Oklahoma LLC is the Articles of Organization, filed with the Secretary of State for a $100 fee under Title 18, Section 2055.
What the form asks for
The Articles cover the LLC's name, the street address of its principal place of business, an email address for the primary contact, the registered agent's name and street address, and the LLC's term of existence, which can be perpetual, a set number of years, or a future expiration date.

Fee and filing route
The standard filing fee is $100. You can file online through the Secretary of State's website, by mail, or in person. Filing in person adds a $25 same-day fee. Paying by credit card, whether online or in person, adds a 4% service charge.
After approval
Keep your filed Articles and filing number on hand, since Tax Commission registration and your bank will both reference them. Oklahoma does not require an operating agreement to be filed with the state, but adopting one internally sets out ownership and management rather than defaulting to the Oklahoma Limited Liability Company Act.
