Forming an Arizona LLC means filing Articles of Organization with the Arizona Corporation Commission. The state filing fee is $50.
What the Articles ask for
The form covers the LLC name, the statutory agent, the principal address, whether the LLC is member managed or manager managed, and the names and addresses of members or managers depending on the management structure chosen.

Fee and processing speed
The Arizona Revised Statutes set the initial Articles of Organization fee at $50. Regular processing typically runs a few weeks; paying an additional $35 for expedited processing moves the filing to the front of the queue. File through the Commission's eCorp portal, by mail, or in person in Phoenix.
After approval: the publication clock starts
Once the Commission approves the Articles, you have 60 days to complete newspaper publication if your statutory agent's address is outside Maricopa or Pima county. Publication runs for three consecutive publications in an approved newspaper in that county, and you then file an affidavit of publication with the Commission. Skipping this step can lead to administrative dissolution.
If your statutory agent is in Maricopa or Pima county, the Commission handles publication on its own website automatically and you do not need to do anything further.
